Yoga Nidra with Lindsay

Yoga Nidra is also referred to as “Sleep Yoga”: The body sleeps while the mind is awake and actively guided on a meditational journey. 

In the overly stimulated world we live in, Nidra practice allows us to go inward and turn off outward stimulation promoting deep rest, and the ability to cleanse out old patterns that no longer serve us.  One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to three hours of sleep! 

Let Lindsay guide you through our Yoga Nidra Series every second Monday evening. 

Cost: $35 per person
Space for 10 participants
Every second Monday in September and October
7-8:30pm

Enrolled participants are reminded to bring:
- a yoga mat
- pillow
- blanket
- bolster/eye pillow*optional
